2018+ Vantage V8 to V12 bumper upgrade

Has anyone changed their 2018+ V8 Vantage bumper to the V12 version? There is a kit available for the previous generation Vantage but there doesn't seem to be one for the latest version. I'd imagine Aston Martin wouldn't sell a V12 bumper to a customer with a V8?

I suspect they would.

Problem is I just have a horrible feeling it will be far more than just the bumper upgrade.
