Back in February I was pulled for speeding at 127mph on a dual carriage way. I had the letter today with statement from police officer. In there he has put that at the time off my offence I have 6 penalty points on my licence. I have checked with DVLA I have not had any points active on my lisence since July 2022 and that was only 3 points and there not active but still will show the offence but not the points. Will this affect me in court. Do not want the courts to give Mr a harsher sentence because they think I have already 6 points

I'm not trying to get out off it. Just don't want it any worse lol. I accept it, it was 11 o'clock at night a completely clear road and decided to see what my new car do. I see completely clear obviously wasn't cause he was there
Obviously it wasn't completely clear, otherwise there wouldn't have been a copper around to book you. What else did you fail to see in your observations whilst speeding?Pushing what would have been over 130mph on your speedo isn't cool, you're doing almost twice the national limit for DC or motorway, the consequences when it goes wrong are catastrophic, especially if you involve some innocent driver and their family who weren't expecting a 130mph missile to come at them from behind.
Not trying to be a party pooper, but actions have consequences, you'll be bending over and taking whatever the court gives you.

Give the OP a break ffs. It’s tiresome. Most of us have done something similar at some point in our motoring lives and got away with it.
OP if I were in your shoes I would speak with agtlaw/
Good luck.

I am sure your clarification of the facts will help - I guess you write in advance?

Your lawyer will have the chance to make sure the Mags have got up to date information about you/your driving licence before sending you to the stocks.
Naughty boy. You will be walking for a while because of this. Next time don't get caught.
I did think that the solicitor would sort this on the day, what will be will be. Naughty boy. You will be walking for a while because of this. Next time don't get caught.

I'm pretty sure most of us haven't done 127mph on a UK road. You shouldn't be excusing it.
That's crap. You make it sound as if 127mph is breaking the sound barrier, get a grip.OP, get a solicitor and see what they say, forget asking for advice on PH as it's populated lately by absolute...well, you see for yourself.
