Odd you post that clip, I was watching it on my phone at work yesterday!. The noise alone must have been awesome.

I'm planning a trip up to Duxford again in the summer with my daughter, last time I was there was pre covid. Have they changed any of the static displays do you know?. we're planning Duxford one week and the onto Norwich Aviation museum for Wings and Wheels on July 9th. I'll be taking the Lancer turbo along as well, but not for display, just for the drive out.

Aah.......those were the great days of Legends.

Scary to think that was filmed close to 20 years ago now.....!!

Great audio, especially the in-cockpit from the Dutch B-25, which gives some idea of just how bloody noisy they are inside.....I've only flown in a B-25 for 30 mins but, that was enough to understand why the vast majority of WW2 B-25 crews suffered permanent hearing damage.

Listening to that, I can only wonder what the victory fly-past in Tokyo Bay sounded like.
