I'm after a little advise please, we're road tripping through the Southwest in September and visiting a number of National Parks therefor an annual pass makes the most sense.

Except, the US National Park Service can't accommodate International orders online, I have to print, complete and then either post or fax my order over and supply carrier info for them. Very outdated and costs another $20 plus return shipping. Anyway, in the vast experience of PH road trippers is it worth the effort or is it really easy to buy the annual pass at my first stop (Estes Park, Colorado)

Buy it at the first stop. It doesn't take long.

As above, just buy the annual pass at the first stop - we did it at Zion National Park.

Zion, Joshua Tree, Death Valley and Yosemite all highly recommended.

Thanks for advise, I'll do just that.

We're doing Rocky Mountain, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Arches, Bryce, Zion, Monument Valley, & Grand Canyon. Also Bonneville salt flats but thats not a national park.
