BC button not working

I have an X3M comp (controversial m car), this week I noticed the BC button no longer working.

Has anyone else had this on their BMW?

Never had that issue with my X3M. Fantastic cars.

Very underrated but a great all rounder and half the price of an m3 touring.

I love mine, had it 4 years in December. It’s been great for camping, daily driving and the large ikea trips

Had a wee google on this, talks about resetting the hard drive on other models. Maybe a software issue?
