Rado integral battery replacement
Discussion
Hello
I bought a Rado Integral a couple of years ago and the battery is now flat. I just wondered what everyone’s thoughts were on battery replacement? Back to the selling dealer (I think it was goldsmiths or beaverbrooks) or is there a decent online or local watch repairer that can replace the battery?
I’ve also got a Tag that I use in the pool / sea etc. so always taken that back for service and battery. But the Rado is just a dress watch. So is there a need?
Based in Bedfordshire and travel around the South east. So any recommendations welcome!
Cheers
Pablo.

For most watches I wouldn't be so fussy, but if it's the Rado I'm thinking on with the crystal flat-sealed to a ceramic case then you need to take it to somewhere Swatch accredited. The back is pressed on with a friction-tight gasket and the die to hold hold the case must exactly match the curve of the crystal or it will crack, which means a new case.
Ask me how I know.
