Not sure if I’m doing this correctly, however I wanted to ask a question
I have a 19 plate Crafter Van, is was running like a bag of bolts
And took about six attempts to start.
I have had the egr valve mapped out.. so it now runs brilliant but it still doesn’t start.. takes about five or six goes, I haven’t put a blanking kit on the van yet, I was going to try that next..
Does anybody have any ideas.

Iv have a problem with this van since Christmas, so I don’t know abouts the problem developed.
But it all seem to start at the same time, iv blanked off the egr today by putting two of those aluminium scouring pads
Just where the gate is.. on the top of the egr forcing the gate closed.
But the van runs great now.. f
k me it’s fast now.
It’s just takes about 4 times to start it runs really rough
For about a mile, then it just takes off..works as nothing wrong with it.. he’s very frustrating..
