It does look like it was deliberate. That driver was incredibly lucky. I can't imagine the feeling seeing that thing veer towards you all of a sudden. No time to do anything.

Not that I know anything about sentencing guidelines, but surely some jail time should have been handed out given the circumstances. That's an absolutely brutal RTA for the Audi (Honda) driver.
