Euro road trip insurance

I'm looking for recommendations please for the above.

My insurer will only provide 3rd party and won't do temporary cover for Europe. I have tried online but my car is refused. I guess it's too high value being a GT3..

Anybody else experience this issue?

Never heard of a GT3 being too expensive to go abroad. It’s only Europe for heavens sake.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting anywhere. Nobody wants to do temporary European cover on a GT3. The only way to do it is to take out a new policy.

So, lesson learned, don't take out a cheap policy if you want Comprehensive European cover.

Might be cheaper to cancel what you have and go with one of the others, if you really need EU cover, Admiral should be palatable..

i have an RS insured through Admiral. 90 days standard cover, no additional cost on top of the annual premium.

Which mickey mouse company are you insured with? if they do not cover comp EU cover as standard why are you insuring a gt3 with them??? most reputable insurer will cover you for 30,60 or 90 days there are a couplpe that will cover you for longer but money talks and some people just want the cheapest of the cheap tp have a bit of paper saying your insured.
