Dealership of origin for DB11
Discussion
I have just bought a DB11 V8 with the registration plate starting LF19. I have no record of the dealership which originally sold this vehicle from new and was wondering if dealers tend to use their local office for new registrations? LF would be DVLA Wimbledon, which could suggest HWM Aston Martin.
If anyone has any insights into this, it would be good to know! Thanks.

Well mine was originally sold by Brentwood AM and I bought it from them second hand
Chap said all their cars start with EU, but as mine still has the original plates , it’s says AM Brentwood
Also the leather service manual shows the first owner and the dealer too
Maybe it’s in the manual?

Thanks. The owner's handbook is missing, it turns out, and is being replaced by the dealership at no cost. It's a lovely car, by the way. Stunning. Not shoddily maintained at all, as far as I can see.
I have invoices (from Works) for all services bar the first and as it had a private plate for the previous owner and has been returned to the original plate, the original dealer isn't shown on the plate. Turns out AM central service logs are very patchy and whilst a central log is now mandatory for dealers to use, it wasn't in 2019.
So this is turning into a little bit of a detective story. If I confirm which dealership issues LFXX plates, I can contact them and... maybe... they can confirm they did the first service!

My second to last Vantage came from HWM and that was LF21 but at least you have had your query answered . I can't rate HWM highly enough .If anyone has any insights into this, it would be good to know! Thanks.
