Yup, we can hear you Steve, you can take the caps lock off!!
The name of Parking Bleu should really give it away for you - it's basically a car park so the facilities are never likely to be any good.
You need to get onto one of the "normal" campsites, Houx, Houx Annexe, Maison Blance, Beausejour, Karting Nord etc. etc.
Check out some of the older threads on here about the different campsites. Chances are you're too late to get tickets for Houx, Houx Annexe, MB from the ACO but as Ben says some of the tour companies will be able to oblige if you're happy to pay for their services.
If you want to book direct with the ACO, go to the Lemans.org web site, find the booking form download, print it off, change the date from 2005 to 2006, put in what you want and fax it to the ACO. If you put Beausejour you'll almost certainly get those tickets, chances are the others are already sold out (perhaps not KN though??).
Do read some of the older threads, they'll tell you pretty well all you need to know.

Agree with Piglet there! I decided to go to Le Mans 2005 on a Monday night and by Friday I was booked and had camping, ferry and car sorted and ready to go!
There is a wealth of info on the Le Mans forum - not sure if the threads about what to take and where to stay are far from the top of the pile either! They will be around somewhere!
