Credit style chasing Bristol Energy debts - scam ?

Friends mother has received a letter from credit style ltd chasing debt for bristol energy.
States
As together energy retail limited trading as Bristol energy in administration is no longer trading the payment links on the final bill no longer work and payments must be paid directly to us

Should be easy to check? It will be on public record who the administrators are. Contact them & ask who payments should be made to.States

I found this on a money saving forum
According to FRP, the administrators of Together Energy(Bristol Energy) , they have "ceased operations" and are in the process of handing over all debt collection activity to their agents. No mention in the latest statement re disputed credit balances which should have all been communicated to BG prior to the TE total shutdown at the end of November. It's a total mess !!
There are other posts saying emails to the administrators are bounced back with a message to contact CAB. CAB just give a response to speak to the administrators and so on...
Anyone else have any thoughts on this matter ?
