I'm looking for something like the Konstantin Chaykin Clown watch, or the Mr Jones collection. Something well designed, and well made, with a decent movement, but for about $1K-$2K USD. Suggestions?

https://underd0g.com/ is the first that comes to mind.

That clown watch is nightmare fuel.

I have this for my holiday watch, when you don't really need to know what time it is beyond 'six-ish'

You’re going to look odd anyway so you might as well save a few quid.

Similar in design, I'll add Unimatic.

I really love the case design, but apparently they sit really high on the wrist which is a shame.

Anything from Xeric! Miyota movement, so 'meh' for the price, but some really odd/different designs! This is $1300:

The budget is wrong by roughly an order of magnitude, but the FM Crazy Hours is the first thing that jumped to my mind for 'whimsical'.

I'd never wear one, but I do kinda like it.
