Hi

Im looking to buy a used mini but have just noticed this on the advisorys from the recent MOT:

nearside front inner road wheel slightly distorted side (5.2.2 (c) (i))

offside front inner road wheel slightly distorted side (5.2.2 (c) (i))

I'm concerned but am I worrying about nothing (as the MOT was passed)

Thanks

It just means it has slight flat spot. You can get them straightened, Its usually on the slightly larger diameter wheels and with runflats.

It means they have hit a pothole or something similar and bent the wheel rim.

if it drives ok without wobbles at speed I wouldn't worry.... Both my mini's have one wheel like that I've never had any issues with either

choose to ignore it or budget for some used wheels to replace them

I bought a Mini with that too. Check it drives straight but otherwise nothing overly concerning - can probably be straightened
