Parking at the NEC - lost eMail

Guys,

I have a problem.

I've booked parking for tomorrow at the NEC. (The NEC car parks; not the ones operated by other people).

I know my car registration number.

I know the booking reservation number.

I can see the transaction on the credit card statement.

I can't find the eMail that they claim to have sent me when I made the booking. (I'm not 100% sure that I received one.)

I can't log into the 'amend my booking' part of the NEC parking website because I can't remember the eMail address under which I booked it.

How does parking at the NEC work? Do I turn up at the entry barrier, an ANPR camera reads the numberplate and the gare opens? Or do I need to have an eMail with a QR code on it to scan?

I was there today, the guy wanted to see the email with the the car’s registration on it before allowing us to leave the car park, it doesn’t work (as I expected) on ANPR

How many email addresses do you have? You must have a few if you can’t remember which one you’ve booked it through …

Maybe you’ll just have to go through them …

I’ve lost my Booking confirmation number. How can I retrieve it? 

If you have lost your booking confirmation number, you will be able to retrieve the details from the “Manage My Booking” on your confirmation email.  You can also call our Sales & Customer Support Team on 0844 338 8338 select option 2 and they will be able to help with your booking details.
