Not sure what your point is - £10k Porsche watch? My point is - it’s well known you have to be a repeat customer - ie buy or lease multiple cars to be able to get one of the halo cars, you might or might not be able to profit on the run of the mill cars after servicing/depreciation and finance costs but you still have have bought other things you don’t want to get what you do want.
It was an observation of the selling practice, either way I’m not fussed as I can’t afford a Patek or a Porsche
And you might scratch a watch but you can crash a car

Are Pateks like Rolex and increase hugely in value when you get them? So that $109k watch he didn't get to buy maybe worth $220k once you get it? > He is seeking at least $500,000 in damages.
