Going to look at a 991.2 today just wondering whether OPC’s are negotiating on the screen price. What are people’s recent experiences if any?
Thanks in advance
Just give them your price and phone number and walk away for a bit....they are free to sell it to the queue of ones behind youThanks in advance
Depends on the exact 911 model and supply of decent stock together with how long they have had it in stock.
Some OPCs overprice their cars more open to bids others don't and the screen price is what you pay. Other cars are SOR so its largely the owners call what the sale price is.
Other factor is how much you want that particular car and the probability of another one coming up for sale.

It's the end of the quarter next week. Make it clear that you definitely plan to buy a 911 in the coming days, and are currently talking with 2-3 dealers re 2-3 cars that have taken your fancy. They then might engage in a discussion either immediately or they'll call you back in a few days. The key thing is making them know you're serious about buying something imminently, but have options.
Not sure you'll get a ton off, but maybe a couple of grand plus some GAP insurance
