I have noticed something like this before.
A limited company is incorporated, based at a private address.

The name - Aston Martin Limited.

Incorporated October 2022, but now described as Dormant.
What is the game? Hoping to sell at a profit?

Most of Aston Martin's own limited companies include Lagonda in the title.
Perhaps this was used at one time by Aston Martin, but became unwanted.

If you do a search you will find the name ASTON MARTIN LIMITED has been used a few times by various people when forming a company, then either dissolved or changed name.

In 2009; 2016; and 2017 and the current one here in 2022.

Lol yes, the Remmington Microscreen. “It’s so good I bought the company!”

For years the lads at work would refer to me as Victor also (post doing an MBO), so its not a name id quickly forget.

Interesting as to why somebody would use what maybe a probelmatic name for a holding company but if it never trades and gets renamed before its used then realistically no chamce of it causing a problem; so I guess why not.

Im sure makes the owner smile and makes for a little pub banter “Im the Managing Director of Aston Martin, don’t you know”!
