Hi, I am new on here and was hoping for some expert advice

I bought a brand new Macan S III last September with 21 inch Exclusive Design Sport Wheels in Vesuvius Grey (Option Code 56C).

Sadly I managed to lightly scrape the front wheel and had it repaired at Rolling Rims in Great Dunmow who are Jardine Colchester's recommended repairer and local to me. It is however the wrong colour and neither they nor the Cambridge dealership who supplied the car are able to confirm what the correct colour actually is. I wrote to Porsche GB and got the following reply (after chasing a reply 3 times);

I refer to my previous email and hope my email finds you well.

I advise that I have referred the issue to both our Technical Team and Product Manager and, regrettably, I am unable to provide you with the colour code for the wheels on your Porsche Macan.

I have referred the matter to the manufacturer, Porsche AG, but I cannot guarantee that they will be able to provide the required information.

Whilst I cannot make any changes to alleviate this disappointment you are feeling, please let me assure you your concerns have been logged internally. It is only with valuable customer feedback, both positive and negative, that we are able to continually monitor the levels of service offered by our Porsche Network and address any customer issues that may arise.

In the circumstances, if you would like to obtain a quote to have all four wheels re-painted on your vehicle, I will certainly look at a goodwill gesture to support you with these costs.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards

Does anyone have any advice on how to get the correct colour ? I don't want to have all the wheels repainted.

Many thanks

A good paint shop will match it for you and supply paint. Just find one locally you can take the wheel to. I am surprised your wheel refinisher hasn't offered to do this.

Looks like the option code you have may be incorrect and should be 0U9. https://www.paintcolourchart.com/cars/c/058/058por...

If you pop off the centre cap the wheel paint colour code will be embossed in the reverse of the cap

It does indeed give the colour code on the back of the wheel centre, OU9 as previously suggested.

Thanks for your help, much appreciated !
