Astra j overheating and coolant bubbling

Hi not sure if anyone has had this issue before my 2011 astra j 1.7 diesel is bubbling the coolant I have changed the thermostat and header cap with no success the blowers go cold but I bleed it and they came hot again left the car overnight and the bubbling came back and cold blowers again

Symptom of a failed head gasket unfortunately, with the cooling system being pressurised by leaking combustion gasses?
Are all the coolant hoses hard?
