Evening all, anyone know how it all fits back together please?

So on the right side where the hockey stick needs to attach (finally got the replacement parts 3 years after I lost the last one)
Can’t get these undone, they’re round not hexagonal

Suppose I could angle grind off the long bits on the replacement and just glue it on with tiger seal?

And then on the lower part, does it just glue back onto these 8 flat pieces of metal?
