Custom Charges - Item discounted under £135.00 limit

Is anyone aware of what to do about custom charges when the item was £189.99 discounted to £128.48?
I have just checked my tracking and it states that a letter is being sent for customs charges.
I obviously have an invoice stating the price paid. The item is a dollly for moving a motorbike.
