Blimey !! I did own a ZX9r in 98 and a 916 after that but this is something else. The power is mental - 80-130 in a blink!!
Obviously though too much is never enough so on 19th September its in for a day at www.pdq1.co.uk for a new Akrapovic exhaust, filter, power commander and steering damper and an hour or so on the dyno to set it up properly. Will keep you posted on the difference

Its probably worth going up a few teeth on the rear sprocket and if its more for track use then drop one tooth on the front....... let me know what power you get at the wheel.. have fun!!!!!!!!!

Hi. Just be aware that the ZX10 is set up pretty stiff from the factory. If you have a load of power and gear the thing down, then even when riding with track biased rubber, the thing may be inclined to spin up, which combined with a stiff rear end (ooh er) may mean you have a battle on your hands trying to get on the gas hard out of the corners!

If you get more than 170 rwhp that would be astonishing!!

PS how much is the dyno time per hour, or are they doing the job as a set fee?

PPS It may be worth also considering some training. It will make you faster than a £1000 exhaust!
