Any love for this or are we all on a football break. As a Forest fan and with MGW captaining the side, and scoring tonight, I am a little bit invested. Would be good news for England to have a group coming up who have won something.

My lad is gutted as been enjoying the tournament so far but has a work shift from 5-9PM tonight, and I've got an airport run with my daughter to do at the same time.

Might need to avoid the result and watch later.

Job done, well done lads.

Managed to get back in time to see the last minute penalty to send the game to extra time for Spain saved, and 2 red cards..

Didn't concede a single goal in the entire tournament and won every game. That's a hell of an achievement.

Having watched Trafford for the last season and a half at the Whites - I can assure everyone that he is the real deal. Burnley have got an absolute bargain and he will undoubtedly be No1 after Pickford.

Seeing the women last year and U-21's now, a triple crown next summer would be absolutely setting the lifetime of disappointments watching England to rest.

Just watched the BBC news and the U21's win was the last sports item, after tennis (glorious British failure), cricket (glorious English failure, almost), Formula 1 (glorious British failure to secure pole, again), then finally we got five seconds of England's successful U21's winning - yes winning - the European fking championship without conceding a single goal and a double penalty save in the 95th minute!! Surely this is the equal of the women winning their 'equivalent' last year?
