My wife has the crazy idea of renting a big house for the weekend and all of the family getting together for a bit of a shin dig (sp?)

There would be about 10 of us and we could do with five bedrooms, but the house/aprtment has to be really nice.

Not bothered about location really, Scotland might be a bit far for the olds but apart from that it's the house/apartment that would be important.

Any ideas where I can rent one for the weekend?

Cheers

John

I'll need to consult the Mrs to get the address, the town we go to is called Ambleside it's on Winderemere really lovely little spot. There is a TIC in the town they'd know the place, big house up a hill just out of the town.

My sister went to Uni at Ambleside, I agree it's a very nice part of the world

Thanks for the info, I'll do some digging around on the net.
