I’m really tempted with the C63 GMT from Christopher Ward, it seems a decent watch and £900 is a reasonable price. Before I order one is there any other alternatives that are worth considering?

My only criteria are less or not much more than £1k, a white face and not on a bracelet. Coloured accents are a bonus.

I’d wait a little longer. The Miyota 9075 is coming into more and more models, its a flyer gmt so a bit more useful when travelling.

This Seiko for £580 might be worth a look…

I love Seiko Presage. They do one with a red bezel (not a GMT) and it’s really nice.

I don’t use the term; there are a bunch of ways to do a GMT but I do like flyer GMTs and affordable ones are not common.

If I could find a silver faced one of these, I'd have it.

Thank you but my last purchase was a pressage Sharp edge. They are great watches but I'd like to buy a different manufacturer this time for no reason other than to expand the range of manufactures in my collection.

Does it have to be a GMT? For £1,000 or just under you could look at Longines...? This one is £825 from £1,650 at Watches of Switzerland at the moment. As an example.

Just to update this thread as I hate it when someone asks something and then never appears again. Thanks for everyone’s input it’s great to see other items that I’d not seen.

Ultimately I have gone with what I originally thought, really impressed with the box it came with and the overall feel of the watch. It’s been a while since I had a white faced watch and the gmt element will be nice to have when I’m travelling.
