Raymond Weil Repair

I have an old Quartz Raymond Weil family heirloom watch that has seen better days after a dodgy previous repair.

Can anyone advise on the best place/person to repair it for me?

The finincial value is probably less than the repair costs but the sentimental value is higher.

It looks like you have a bent lug and case. And a smashed crystal.
I don't think that is going to be repairable at all. Sorry.
Find another one on ebay and transfer the good bits from your watch into it.
