Any recommendations for Manchester airport parking for 2 weeks?

Lots of them seem to want your keys and I'm not overly comfortable with that although it's only an old V70. Willing to do it if it's recommemded though, just cautious of cowboys. I used to work in Stockport and you could always spot the dumped airport cars on local streets! rofl

Taxi transfer is £90 each way and I don't fancy slogging back to LIverpool on the train. Going might be fun but when you're coming back, tired and with nothing to lookforward to... no!

Taxi would be my vote. I bet it’s not far off that for 2 weeks parking.

I was going to suggest T3.

I just went on the airport website whats weird is its not showing prices for T3 self park like it usually does.

It will do a week (£100!!) but not 2 weeks. Tried several dates..

Weird.

I have parked in T3 loads of times self parking at the multi and its normally £70 ish for 2 weeks.

Sigh, MAN really is a terrible airport.

Mini bus? I know it was 5 yrs ago but we paid £110 for pick up and return. So probably around £150 now but still easier and better than taking the car.
That was from Liverpool too.
That wasn’t having to share it with others either.

The genuine onsite meet and greet works well it's just parked in the multistorey and it's photographed when it arrives and leave to take note of damages etc

Ive been trying to book a couple of weeks parking in their multi-storey at T2 for days unsuccessfully so think ill need to call them and ask as its not an availability issue at all ... just seems very odd indeed!

For the OP, if you have a blue light card you get 12% discount of official MAN parking too.

Looks like you can't do 2 weeks in multi story now looking at various chats

I think alot is down to using it for the meet and greet parking.

The Missus does so that might be handy. Thanks for that, I hadn't thought.

We're flying from T2 as it happens.

I've booked 10 days parking at Manchester T2 with Jetparks, did it via Virgin Atlantic website when buying my flight tickets.

Hotel with shuttle bus and parking?

I was only there in June and can't remember the name of the service but you parked, handed your keys in, got on the shuttle and on the way back you scanned qr/barcode and a locker opened with your key and off you went to find your car where they left it(colour coordinated and with a number)

I've given it a crap description and can't seem to see the option for it when having quick look just now but it was alright smile ifyou can finding that is hehe

Jetparks 3?

I'd not use it again bad lighting takes ages to get to terminal very dirty

Just thinking out loud.
Are there any NCP or other manned multi-storey parks around Stockport?
Then a short taxi to the airport

Brilliant, I’m booked in there from this weekend, £100 for 2 weeks. I normally book the multi-storey but the Manchester Airport website wouldn’t let me book it.

We’ve used the NCP Flightpath Car park a few times. Big fence and gates, manned 24/7, keep your keys, minibus straight to your terminal and you just call them when you come back. Blue light discount too if you have it.

Also used Jetparks 3 which was ok but the bus took longer as it’s a circular route (Terminal 1, 3 then 2)

I will only park on site at the airport and won’t fanny about with busses or shuttles after having way too many delays on missing busses etc.

With that in mind it looks like I’m stuck with having to book the meet and greet with the whole no bookings over 7days in the multi-storey.

Another alternative is from the Radisson Blu though - I’m staying there the night before and they’ve messaged me offering park for Up to 8 days offsite parking £99
Up to 15 days offsite parking £125
Up to 22 days offsite parking £145

They take the car offsite to park it and bring it back again for when you return. Doesn’t seem too bad (but not that much cheaper than meet and greet either frankly - plus I only need 10days not 15)

I use T1/T3 mid-stay if available or the new T2 multi-storey car parks, if not a taxi/train/tram depending on flight times. I avoid T1 and T3 multi-storeys because I always end up driving around after reaching the top floor still looking for a space. The spaces are also very tight. I would never use anywhere where I don't park myself.

least with meet and greet the car is photographed at multiple points to check for damage etc and is stored in the multi story

Radisson blu quite possibly dumped in a field or used to ferry people about who knows
