They have realistic locking requirements, are quick to answer. When I put in a claim, it took about 3 days to go from submittal to money in may bank account and had decent communication throughout.
I haven't had to claim, but I have been impressed by Pedal Cover - the home insurance cover was better than my previous cover, but with all our bikes included, and was the same price.
