What is the best file sharing network (s)?
Where do I get a virus/spyware/ad free client(s) from?

depends on how you define 'best' - personally I use edonkey - get a client from www.edonkey2000.com/

and find verified links from places like www.shareprovider.com

I use shareazaa.

as for spyware try spybot search & destroy
and
spyware blaster

Limewire, shareaaza - contain spyware and shit, and are coverered in ads and seem clumsy.

Try Cabos.

It's virtually a stripped version and uses the same networks, gnutella etc...
