mobile phone tariffs

Mrs is coming to the end of her 12-month mobile contract. I understand that to get the best deal, the trick is to phone up to cancel, and quote a competitors rate/phone, and they will usually be at least matched.

What I need to know is how to find what rates/phones the major companies are willing to offer (they usually seem to make these by phone...never in writing). These are far better than the rates advertised on the companies main web-sites.

Are there any web-sites that I can get a comparison from?
