Apparently asked to 'change his behaviour' at work.

I always thought he was a tt.

Instead of issuing statements of apology via a third party, he could say sorry personally to them?

It's not even a third party really Blue Marlin is half owned by him, and half by his agent.

I vaguely remember him getting rather petulant when competing in the Mille Miglia a few years ago.

Shame as his show can be entertaining although he could perhaps expand his vocabulary a bit.

Why does he insist on using his chubby grubby fingers to add butter to a pan? Is he trying to make it his ‘thing’? Just looks ridiculous and impractical.

Of all the accusations I would have expected to be levelled at the (eternally single, wannabe playboy) chef, whinging because someone who worked for his own company blocked his drain whilst filming at his own home studio kitchen isn't one of them.

As others have said, tw*t.

I know editing can be cruel but that Mille Miglia show made it hard for me not to think that he was an absolute bell end.

These days, at least its not sexual allegations, just being a bit of a stroppy tosser.

Disappointing as always found him pretty affable, everyone can be grumpy, have an off day etc but to end up as a news item suggests its more than that.

He was rude about his female co driver and then threw toys out the pram when the engine died /blew up .

He blew it up after over-revving it, against the engine builder's instructions.

If my home was badly damaged I'd be fking grumpy. Curse of celeb: instead of people just thinking you're a (after they contributed to it) it gets spread over the media for everyone to think you're a .

And he then refused to carry on when they found him an alternative car to finish the event in too iirc. After that he was permanently downgraded to tw*t status for me too.

It was a blocked drain, "badly damaged" is just appeasing media speak to suggest that JM's reaction was in some way justified. You'd think a pro chef would have a system installed that would intercept stuff like fat, lard, butter that will inevitably get poured down the drains at some point.

A pro chef will never pour any butter or other fat down a sink because they understand all too well that it's a major cause of blocked drains. The same chefs will also not simply put it in the bin at their restaurants, either, but instead arrange for specialised collection companies to collect it to be reprocessed into stuff like biodiesel.

Iirc she was a professional racing driver but he never let her drive and she made reference to that in the show
