I attended a graduation at Aston university on Tuesday and parked at the Millenium Point Car Park

According to this website I went inside the CAZ but according to the GOV.UK website I don't owe anything so either

1. The brumbreathes CAZ map is incorrect (and they need slapping around the face with a wet haddock); or
2. The GOV.UK website is incorrect and I actually DO owe a CAZ charge

I'm just irritated that I might get a fine despite being unable to pay.

Hang on - I think I'm being incredibly dense.

I assumed all cars going into the CAZ had to pay - it looks like mine is Euro 6 compliant so nothing to pay.

OH's X1 is Euro 6 so its free, just as well since the car park we use in Bristol when we go and see my lad is just inside the ULEZ.

Approx 50k fines have been written off apparently
