Privacy policy pop up on every page

Driving me mad!

Every single page gets the privacy policy pop up.

I have tried deleting history/cookies as well as the help in the thread from 2021.

Safari user - started about a week ago.

I've been getting it for the last few weeks on my phone when using Opera. I don't bother with PH when on my phone now.

Every time I load a new page; be it a new thread, new page on existing thread, making this post etc etc. Using a Chromebook
