Are these brake pads still an Moy pass?

Yep so will these pads pass mot? Looks to me like there's stil about 5 mm on the pad, but the top of the caliper is so near the disc doest that make them seem worn? Won't the mot guy look there only amd that looks worn down? For me to see the pads themselves I had to take the wheel off.

How would the mot inspector see the pads without taking the wheel off tho?
He can see the outer pad through the wheel and the inner pad from the inside when it's up on the ramp. Some might check the outer pad from inside too using an inspection mirror.
