US citizen living in UK: Taxes

My wife is from the USA and has lived with me in the U.K. since February 2022. She has a U.K. job and is taxed on PAYE. She has UK and US savings and her U.K. assets are over £10k.

It Seems that she has to complete US taxes and we’ve requested a delay to filing to buy some more time. Her finances aren’t complicated but we want to get it right. Has anyone been in the same boat and got a recommended accountant?
