I’ve used Oracle and they were very good.

Another one recommending to chat to the bank. They've always come in lowest for me thus far.

People mentioning their bank which is great for a straight loan. Does OP want a dedicated car product such as PCP? There are forum sponsors who may be able to help in that case. I think there are links on the front page.

I ultimately went with Santander (I don't bank with them FYI).

PCP works better tbh, never had a problem with them as I tend to chop in after 3 years.
But then rates have been FAR more paletable so my view might change once the I get the quotes.

A bank won’t lend you 50k at a preferred rate from what I’ve seen around 25k is the limit of sensible rates.

isn't £25k the threshold for unsecured loans and always has been? And beyond that it requires collateral hence rate changes...

Exactly why I asked how much the person above borrowed from their bank. People stating they went to their bank probably were borrowing under £25k, which is not what the OP needs......

I’ve used Darren Gibson finance before on an M2 from a BMW main dealer. Very easy process and while BMW offered me 11.9%, he got 6.9%. This was a few years ago though so rates have likely changed. Still cheaper than BMW though.

This was on a PCP.
