Three weeks already since I collected and finished the break in period. Really impressed with the car.

Starting with the good things:

Steering feel is heavily improved vs A110 or A110S. Like it better than my 718 Cayman too. Quite more direct and with the right weight.

The suspension is another big step forward vs the base and the S. I set it up for now in the softness setting and Is confortable but with the right amount of rebound. It is really one of the best suspensions I have tried. Still plenty to learn about the set up. It really eats the bumps very well and is not bad in town.

The seats are great. Thought they would be really uncomfortable but they are really comfortable. Got used to the seabelt seatbelt really quick. I did a 6 h trip and no pain on my back 🤓

The looks. It clearly stands out, and the design is one of the highs on this car too. People love it and is quite more impressive in person. Love all the carbon bits.

The gearing and dual clutch transmission are stunning. The first 3 gears are so short that changes the whole experience. Also make it feels quite more powerful. Used to long gear Porsches, this is a game changer.

Lows:

Even though the sound is a bit improved, of course is not a flat six. Still has its special character. Specially on track mode.

I would have kept the glass to see the engine from the cabin.

You are always a bit scared of scratching the wheels. Not sure if gonna get used to it.

Glad you are enjoying it.
Just one point- the engine isn’t visible from the cabin in any model- there’s a ‘shelf/engine cover’ that sits over the engine and underneath the rear screen in the other models - there’s a window in the rear bulkhead but that just gives a rear view and the top of the ‘shelf/engine cover’.
Some people remove the shelf but most leave it in place as a new rear screen is £1600

Yes I know! My brother has a base A110. I would have done it differently with the glass and some view there 🤓
