don't know how to add something to the free stuff page

It looks like you need a degree to add stuff to the following page, I don't get it at all.

If possible, could someone do it for me who understands computers. Its an Audi Quattro A4 B8 6 speed 2.0TDI manual gearbox and clutch (clutch probably knackered, I dont know. 2010. I bought it off ebay and never used it, its just taking up space.
This is what it looks like although not the actual box as its currently stuck at the back of my shed.
