Hi I have a MK1 2003 Skoda Fabia that’s recently failed MOT

It failed due to Exhaust carbon monoxide content at idle exceeds manufacturer's specified limits

When plugging in a simple OBD reader I get the following codes

P0402
P0106
P1180

From my basic knowledge I know that this is EGR, MAP and O2 sensor. Am I right in thinking it’s most likely the MAP causing this or something else. I’m inclined to think MAP as it’s the first Sensor of the 3 in the system.

I will put some fuel additive in and run it up to temp to see if any and what codes reappear.

In the meantime any help or advice wouldn’t be great. Apart from the EML and the smell of fumes out of the exhaust it runs sweet as a nut

Thanks
S

Clear the codes first then drive it for a while and see if they come back. They all my be old codes.
