Three Mobile PAYG - Data Packs

Could anyone who has a Three mobile on PAYG do me a small favour please?

Could you go into the app or the website and when you go to top up do you see the option to add one of their "Data Packs" please?

It's clear as mud.

I already have a Three mobile on PAYG.

I don't see any way to add any of those data pack options if I login to top up.

£10 gets me a 4GB add-on with unlimited texts and calls which is actually absolutely fine but you can't set it to auto-renew like you can the data packs.

Their customer support is non-existent based off todays experience so other than visiting a Three store for something that feels like it should be so simple.

I don't know why anyone has PAYG on a major network these days - I've paid 99p for 6 months and then £2.99 a month ongoing for unlimited calls and texts and 10gb of data.
