SU carb set-up - Dales?

My 1987 LR 110 V8 needs tuning properly / potentially diagnosing.

Can anyone recommend somewhere with the necessary skills & attitude? Not necessarily a Land Rover specialist.

Close as possible to the Dales is preferred - at 14 mpg, every little helps
