Which car is this mirror from?

My wife found this on a walk around our lanes. After a heated discussion about the difference between a wing-mirror and a door-mirror, I concluded it must a wing or fender mirror. It has E13 marking.
I research, but I will leave the PH cognoscenti to advise. Thank you (just curious - no incident occurred).
