Drivers door not locking

I had exactely the same as you on my M400. I had it fixed at first service though. When I contacted the factory they had two solutions to try.....
1. Remove the little nipple on the actual base set into the door - behind the claw part of the inside door handle. This will enable the handle to push inwards further.
2. There is a screw behind the door handle, make sure this is tight.

If you don't get the actuator clicking noise then the actuator may have become unplugged (it did on mine). Take the door lining off (using Joust's guide) and follow the actuator connector back to halfway down the door. On mine there was a spade connector that had come loose.
