Lewd behaviour at work

How much of a snowflake or such a sad life they must havs to report to someone's employer with the potential to cost them their jobs.
On another note aren't they struggling for staff in the airline industry since covid so hopefully a slap on the wrist especially for the captain I imagine.

How would the other guest know they worked for an airline? They probably wouldn't, but the hotel would given that they were most likely put there by their airline. So, they've bought the hotel into disrepute with their other guest and bought the airline into disrepute with the hotel, both by what they did in the pool and by being in there when it was closed.
With such poor judgement they deserve to lose their jobs.

You think they need to lose their jobs for two consenting adults having sex. So, they've bought the hotel into disrepute with their other guest and bought the airline into disrepute with the hotel, both by what they did in the pool and by being in there when it was closed.

A colleague at work (I work in the airline ind) was caught in a swimming pool basically having sex with a captain by a hotel customer after hours when the pool was shut. It has been reported to the hotel and airline. They were both drunk. Anyone in this industry, likely outcome? No cctv footage as of yet incase anyone after a copy!
An ex girlfriend was a Virgin trolley. She wasn't allowed even to be seen eating in uniform. So shagging in the pool, if there was any risk of association with the airline, would have resulted in dismissal I think. An ex tenant of ours was Jet 2 cabin crew and thought she'd abscond owing money. A quiet word in Jet 2's ear saw her cough up in short order, on pain of sacking.
So, based upon that limited experience, I'd have thought the answer may be "if they can be connected to the airline, dismissal may be the outcome".

*I don't actually think they are smart, I think they are stupid and am being sarcastic, but I suspect that'll go above your head.
