Hey all,

As some background I'm over from Australia and my buddy is from the USA. We're both looking for motoring related activities for a couple of days. 19/10 - 22/10

Will be between West Midlands and London but can travel a little further.

Ideally I'd do a trackday somewhere but looks like most are BYO car.

Any ideas?

I've not been, but Palmersport at Bedford are pretty much the best in the business and have availability on your dates. It's relatively expensive, but you are going to be doing proper track driving with professional instructors.

The various experiences at Silverstone which I have done are cheaper and not bad, if nowhere near the caliber of Palmersport.

You can book on at just about any circuit with one of those Supercar experiences for around £150, althiough they are invariably all rather st.

British Motor Museum at Gaydon.
Brooklands Museum with Mercedes Benz World next door where you can get a bit of track action.

There are at least Three events I can see that weekend for spectating.
British GT at Donington
MSVR at Silverstone
BRSCC at Brands

Boss racing do Caterham hire for trackday, Hype motorsport have an Alpine, there are a few more who will bring a car to a track of your choice. Palmer sport is a good recommendation

Cutting down ULEZ camera's seems a pretty popular motoring activity at the moment.
