I’ve had a search and I can’t find a thread on this martial arts action series based on the trials and tribulations of the Chinese community in San Francisco in the late 1800s.
Some of the fight sequences are really excellent and the acting is pretty good. S3 now available. Based on a Bruce Lee novel. If you like him you’ll like this. Starring English actor Andrew Koni who hails from Epsom.
Hoon Lee (Banshee fame) plays a “businessman” with the same aplomb as he did in Banshee.

well just finished S3 (a little later than anticipated). What a cracking series, and quite brutal too - not quite up to Banshee (in the main) but an excellent watch. Talk about ending on a cliffhanger!!

Seems as if HBO has cancelled it - but apparently NetFlix has agreed to take it on
