So I appreciate this will be very subjective but I am thinking of replacing the DBX with a DB12. Nearly all our of my other cars are black and I fancy being a little more interesting without being garish.

I love the AM green with tan primary and black secondary interior but am also drawn to the Neutron white. Never had a green car before.

Wondered what others have gone for or are/would considering???

I have a DBX in Minotaur Green with tan and black interior. It’s an incredible colour in the sun but does look black in many light conditions and suffers like black from looking dirty very quickly. Previously I had a DB11 in Ultramarine Black. I have seen a few DBS in Pentland Green which I always thought looked really classy and understated. I am sure that would work well on a DB12 and is a bit more green than Minotaur. The tan interior works really well and lifts it more than a black one.

Wow. Hadn't noticed the minotaur green - looks stunning.

Also do like the ultramarine black. The DBX is black with cream interior - I usually go black interior but wanted a lighter feel and it works well with the pan roof.

If you want green, and although a little boring choosing a launch colour, but Iridescent Emerald would get my vote, despite being 8k option.

Just a shame the gold multi spoke wheels no longer available

AM do lots of great greens! Buckinghamshire Green is really lovely too and has classic appeal.

That said Minotaur takes a bit of beating if you want a green that is close to black.

The link below is really good for looking at colour options but going to your dealer spec room to look at them in the flesh is always best.

Green is a traditional Aston colour. But there are lots of greens to choose from so get a tasteful one, one that can stand out from the sea of monochrome without looking like a kitchen from a 1990s home renovation show. Chiltern Green always looks good IMHO.

As problems go it's rather a good one!

not all greens on that inventory, such as appletree green, are available on DB12. Need to check configurator.

Any colour is available if you ask at a price. You may not like the price, but Q can and will paint it any colour you wish - even the colour of your wifes handbag... wink

Std colours are of course much cheaper.

California Sage. Was a 60’s colour and had a little bit of a renaissance in the 2000s with some VH stuff specified with it.

I’d add a little more metal flake just to make it a little more contemporary though.

Lots of early DB9s are California Sage - I'm not sure it works so well on that shape though; a bit light.

Another overlooked colour IMHO is Toro Red if you want to be different.

My choice would be either

Caribbean blue paint with dark knight leather

Or if I wanted to stand out

Storm purple with bitter chocolate

Alloro and Stirling green are also stunning with mild green and more pronounced silver.
I always get confused on the old db4 zagato colors, but a few are rather silvery too - perhaps "sanction green" or something. Very nice.
Then Balmoral green is also a historic AM green

With red it's hard to beat "diavolo". - this was a press color for the V12 Vantage zagato.

Yeah what is that about? Is it normal for configurator options to come and go before the first deliveries even happen?
