Unbelievable!

I thought this was going to be 6 for the phone & 3 for each tyre.

Just a blatant disregard for anyone but themselves it seems.

A driver accrued 66 penalty points and was disqualified from driving.

He was then caught driving whilst disqualified. He will be prosecuted for that offence (and others).

Driving whilst disqualified is a criminal offence. Is isn't "contempt of court" (video at 2 mins).

Herewith the sentencing guideline for DWD: https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/offences/magi...

ETA: a 'totting up' disqualification wipes the points slate clean.

I couldn't make it to the end of the clip. I'm not sure whether it was a case of not wanting to earn Mr Blackbelt more YouTube dollars (oops, too late) or utter boredom, probably both.

Yes, that's exactly why it was posted on here — YouTube monetisation.

Is 66 points in one hit a record?

I had a woman last year get 45 in one go. 13 speeding tickets on the same average speed camera on her way to and home from work

Mrs DSs nephew got banned from doing that - not 45 points worth though. He knew the camera was there but “everyone said it didn’t work” rolleyes

I didn't think it worked either so when she came in with the summons it made me slow down

Luckily for her she's a nurse and needed to keep her license to keep working

Jesus, if that’s typical of his style in court, it’s no bloody wonder there’s always a backlog for setting a date of trial. The whole thing could have been perfectly explained within around 30 seconds.

YouTube monetisation works on videos of around 8 minutes or longer.
