3 nights over New Years' - UK

Thinking of going away for a few nights over NYE this year with my girlfriend.

Pretty stuck thinking where we could go really.

Open to any suggestions - both 30y/o We were thinking of a break, mostly chilling out - maybe a winter market and NYE fireworks somewhere.
We're not big drinkers so a 'party' or going clubbing is not on the list.

Open to ideas for Hotels/places you've stayed!

Whitby is quiet at that time of year, and still fabulously beautiful.

North Norfolk, plenty of nice pubs with open fires, rugged beautiful coast-lines. Dog friendly if you have a dog .
